DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION

Delivery

All of our parcels are sent via courier Tracked & Signed For, so your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

Returns

Thanks for shopping with Carl Bembridge Hair, We hope that you love your new purchase, but in the rare case that you are unhappy with your order, please refer to our returns and refunds policy below.

All goods purchased from Carl Bembridge Hair may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery. If your wigs appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us via email within a maximum of 30 days of the receipt date.

Please note, we cannot accept returns if the lace has been cut.

Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management including heat damage, incorrect care or poor application. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way, the goods will be returned to you at your cost and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Please take very good care of our goods whilst they are in your possession. Any item to be returned must be returned in its original shipped condition and original undamaged packaging. Please note all hair must be returned with all of its original packagings.

You or your carrier will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us here at Carl Bembridge Hair. The cost and risk of return will be at your own expense, as we do not offer a free return postage service. Due to the value of our wigs we suggest recorded tracked signed postage. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days.
